Tennessee Titans defensive lineman Jeffery Simmons told reporters Tuesday that he suffered a Tommy John ligament injury to his left elbow, which caused the veteran to miss his club's 31-12 win over the Miami Dolphins on Monday night at Hard Rock Stadium.
